This Special Projects Intern role is a first for us. We’re looking for a self-driven, creative, and tech-savvy intern to help improve some of our internal processes. Supreme communication skills and autonomy will be appreciated in this role; we are looking for someone to really drive things on their own. Coding is not a requirement, this is not your regular tech internship.
What You Will Be Doing
- You’ll be primarily working with Operations and Business teams to identify current pain points and areas for improvement.
- Develop low/no-code solutions; this could take form in new integrations, workflows, or automations.
- Communicate new solutions to team members, create documentation, and conduct trainings if necessary.
- Proactively brainstorm potential improvements to Ailytics that we may have never thought of.
Our Ideal Requirements
- Past experience in developing low/no-code projects; especially those relating to productivity or automation. These could be personal or professional projects.
- A high degree of proactive thinking and ability to work autonomously.
- Prior experience with AI related projects is not necessarily a must have, but a big bonus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders.
