Product Manager

Here at Ailytics, we’re building AI solutions to envision a safer world. By combining computer vision and predictive analytics, we enable organizations to proactively identify risks, optimize processes, and ultimately save lives. Our platforms are currently deployed all over the world, covering more than 300 million square meters!  

As our Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for establishing the product culture at Ailytics and steering product direction across our Tech, Business, and Operations teams. You’ll work closely with team members in Singapore and abroad, ensuring that our solutions continue to deliver real value to our diverse international customers.

What You Will Be Doing

• Collaborate closely with leadership to establish our product roadmap and vision, considering both short-term business needs and long-term growth opportunities.
• Champion our shift to a product driven environment and take full ownership of any process, work style, or resource changes.
• Serve as the bridge between our technical teams and business/operation units, ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities.
• Translate user insights, market feedback, and company goals into actionable requirements for teams.
• Gather feedback from existing and prospective customers to inform product improvements and validate new features.
• Work with on-site and remote developers to deliver high-impact features on time and within scope; actively mitigate risks and troubleshoot roadblocks during the development process.
• Identify product success metrics, monitor performance post-launch, and iterate rapidly based on real user data and business outcomes.

Our Ideal Requirements

• Experience with driving the full product management lifecycle; from gathering requirements and drafting roadmaps to product launches and post assessments.
• Prior experience in a startup or B2B tech environment is not necessarily a must have, but would be a big bonus.
• Familiarity with AI, video analytics, or computer vision is not a must have, but would also be a big bonus.
• Significant independence and ownership with work, along with the ability to lead in-person and remote teams.
• A high degree of flexibility and an open mind; your responsibilities and focus may greatly vary from time to time. Expect many, many hats.
