Junior Product Manager

Here at Ailytics, we’re building AI solutions to envision a safer world. By combining computer vision and predictive analytics, we enable organizations to proactively identify risks, optimize processes, and ultimately save lives. Our platforms are currently deployed all over the world, covering more than 300 million square meters!  

As our Junior Product Manager, you’ll be working with our Product Lead and CTO to improve our main product platform. This is a role that’s available to someone based in Singapore or abroad.

What You Will Be Doing

• Support leadership and the senior PM in shaping the product roadmap by contributing user insights, research, and execution planning.
• Help drive the transition toward a more product-driven way of working by improving documentation, processes, and team coordination.
• Work closely with technical teams and business/operations stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and priorities stay aligned.
• Translate user feedback, internal requests, and product direction into clear tickets, briefs, and functional requirements.
• Assist with customer discovery and feedback collection to inform feature improvements and validate ideas.
• Partner with developers to ship features on time and within scope; track progress, surface risks early, and help unblock day-to-day issues.
• Monitor product performance post-launch, maintain dashboards or reports, and support iteration based on real usage data.

Our Ideal Requirements

• Some exposure to the product management lifecycle (e.g., internships, associate PM roles, or cross-functional project ownership), from requirements gathering to launch support.
• Experience in a startup, B2B tech, or fast-paced environment is a bonus but not required.
• Interest in AI, video analytics, or computer vision is a bonus; willingness to learn quickly is more important.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks independently while still working closely under guidance from senior PMs and leadership.
• A high degree of flexibility and an open mind; your responsibilities and focus may greatly vary from time to time. Expect many, many hats.
