We are looking for an Operations Analyst to analyse customer behaviour, identify trends, and act as a system administrator. The role requires sharp attention to detail, quick decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Conduct analysis of customer behaviour and identify trends that enhance the system.
- Configure the platform as a system administrator as required.
- Process and manage data accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to report any issues or unusual activity.
- Ensure timely and efficient task completion.
